Breathwork can be defined as the conscious awareness and use of our breath to enhance our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We breathe over 22,000 times a day without thinking about it, but when we bring our conscious awareness to how we breathe we learn how to optimise the breathe and use it in different ways.

I also offer Breathwork combined with Cold Water Immersion, or as I like to refer to it as the 'Soul Plunge' experience. Coldwater Immersion is renowned for boosting your mood (thank you dopamine!), improving your sleep, equipping you to better manage stress, as well as boost your immunity.
